What source-verified means

Fahm does not invent a verse. A reply names the Surah and the Ayah, and shows the Arabic beside the English.

The reader opens that Surah the way Al-Fatiha is shown: each Ayah numbered, the Arabic on its own line, the English underneath. If a line cannot be found in the Book, it does not belong in the answer.

That is the whole check. You do not have to trust the tone of the reply. You can open the reference and read it.
